I'm a Professional Coach with the experience to help you design your path. I listen to the nuances of what you aren't saying and use tools backed by science to unearth your core values and develop a strategy to grow into your most authentic self. There IS more and I want to help you find it.
We all deserve to live fulfilling lives. Whether your primary coaching focus is work life, home life, or just life in general, it is all a part of "life" coaching. It's my mission (and my pleasure) to help you live that life in your most authentic self. That is where fulfillment lives.

My mission is to give a voice to the unconscious self. I work with all people to find within themselves the value and purpose at their core and work together to design a plan to achieve fulfillment in life. In my coaching practice, it is important to not only explore the subjective desires of the individual but also utilize evidence-based protocols backed by science. Emotion and logic working together to achieve balance. I work in a familiar and friendly style that allows people to feel relaxed and safe.

COVID POLICY
Coaching in a pandemic
I know I'm not alone when I say that I can't wait for this to not be a thing. However, until then, I am prepared to meet every client's comfort level and offer a variety of preferred time slots to accommodate you. I offer in-person and zoom sessions. For office visits, if you have specific needs to feel comfortable, please let me know and we can design a plan that works for you. My top priority is safety. I am vaccinated and my office allows for 6 feet of separation while in session. We also have sanitizer and our offices provide a dedicated entrance and separate exit to minimize passing in hallways.
